Returns & Exchanges
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your vīdl products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging.
INS AND OUTS OF THE vīdl RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- All returns must be related to a vīdllife.com order. vīdl does not offer returns on items purchased outside of vīdllife.com.
- All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
- Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
- Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. vīdl does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. vīdl does not accept returns on customized product.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on vīdllife.com for the correct item.
Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible vīdl product.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
- Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
- You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
- Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.
- Securely attach your return label to the package.
- Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
